Our 40th Anniversary

Paul, Martin and the AYS 40th Anniversary Committee invite all Former Players to Register and join your AYS colleagues and the Present Members of the Orchestra to celebrate Forty Years of music making.
We are so looking forward to meeting you all again.

WHEN: Sunday 23 August
WHERE: Mount Albert War Memorial Hall
WHAT will happen.....
10:00 Arrival, tea, coffee and reminisce
11:00 Rehearsal for all musicians playing in the Grand Concert (We will email the music access in advance)
12:00 Catered lunch and more reminiscing
2:00pm The GRAND CONCERT. This is a free Community Concert
3:30pm Refreshments
5:00pm Fini!

We look forward to welcoming everyone to lunch. Cost is $30 pp. Family members 10 yrs and under are free. For catering purposes you must book and pay for the lunch before August 10th, but places are limited so please book as soon as you can.
