SUBSCRIPTIONS 

It takes a lot of money to run an orchestra, even one which is run by volunteers.  Players in both the Sinfonietta and the Aotea Youth Symphony  orchestras are expected to pay an annual subscription which is set by the AGM for the following year.  Currently (2012) it is $180.  If paid before the due date members will receive a discount of $20.  If there is more than one family member, each subsequent member also receives a further discount.

Example: Family of three at the same address... 
Member A pays $160 (if paid by the due date) otherwise $180
Member B pays $120 (if paid by the due date) otherwise $140
Member C pays $120 (if paid by the due date) otherwise $140 
TOTAL: $400 if paid by the due date, otherwise $460
